Agreement
These terms govern your use of verisdigital.co and any services you engage Veris Digital to provide. By using this site or working with us, you agree to these terms. Specific project work — websites, ad management, automation builds — is also governed by the scope, pricing, and timeline outlined in your individual service agreement.
Services
Veris Digital provides website design and development, paid advertising management, AI-driven automation, and local SEO services. The specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for your project are set out separately in your proposal or service agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms in the event of a conflict.
Payment
Fees and payment schedules are agreed upon before work begins. Late payments may result in a pause of active work until the account is brought current.
Term and cancellation
Ongoing services are typically provided on a month-to-month basis. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice, and fees for the notice period remain payable. Where your individual service agreement sets a different term or notice period, that agreement governs. On cancellation we will hand over the deliverables you have paid for in full, along with access to any accounts held in your name.
Intellectual property
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables (website code, ad creative, etc.) transfers to you. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
Third-party platforms
Some services rely on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, CRM tools). We aren't responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by those platforms, though we'll do our best to help you navigate them.
Limitation of liability
We work to deliver results, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes (rankings, lead volume, revenue) since those depend on factors outside our control. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you've paid us for the work in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
