Working with us
- What does Veris Digital actually do?
- We offer four services to local businesses — AI automation, Google & Meta ad campaigns, websites, and local SEO — and we run them as one connected system instead of four disconnected vendors. That means the ads point at a site built to convert, the site feeds leads into automation that answers and books them, and the SEO work compounds underneath all of it.
- What kind of businesses do you work with?
- Local businesses that run on leads and appointments — home services, contractors, medical and dental practices, legal, fitness, auto, and similar service businesses. We also do some work for e-commerce brands, but we focus more on service based businesses. We are based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and work with businesses across the Pittsburgh metro area as well as remotely.
- Do I have to buy all four services?
- No. Plenty of clients start with one piece — usually ads or the AI automations — and add the others once that first piece is producing. The services are built to work together, but each one stands on its own.
- Are you locked into a long-term contract?
- Scope, pricing, and timeline are agreed in writing before any work starts, and the specifics live in your individual service agreement rather than a one-size-fits-all contract. Our services are typically offered on a month-to-month basis, and you're free to cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

- How does the process start?
- It starts with a free strategy call. We look at what you are running now, where leads are being lost, and what the fastest path to more booked jobs looks like. If we are a fit, you get a written scope with pricing and a timeline before anyone commits to anything.
- How long before I see results?
- It depends on the service. Paid ads can start producing leads within the first couple of weeks once tracking and campaigns are live. A new website typically takes 1-2 weeks to build. Local SEO is the slow compounding one — expect a few months before rankings move meaningfully, which is why we usually recommend pairing it with ads rather than running it alone.
- What does it cost?
- Pricing depends on which services you need and the size of your market, so we quote it after the strategy call rather than publishing a flat rate that would be wrong for most businesses.
How it works day to day
- Do I own my website, ad accounts, and data?
- Yes. Ad accounts stay in your name, and once a project is paid in full the final deliverables — website code, ad creative, and everything else — belong to you. We do not hold your accounts and data hostage if you leave.
- How will I know it is working?
- Every lead and sale is tracked back to the campaign that produced it, and you get reporting that shows cost per lead and what your spend actually generated — not just clicks and impressions. You can see the numbers yourself rather than taking our word for it.
- What is the AI voice agent, exactly?
- It is a human-sounding AI agent that answers your phone when you cannot. It handles common questions, captures the caller's details, and books appointments straight into your calendar — including after hours and on weekends, when a large share of missed calls happen and most competitors let the phone ring out.
- Will the AI replace my staff?
- No. It covers the calls and follow-ups that would otherwise go unanswered — after hours, during jobs, when the line is busy. Your team keeps the conversations that need a person; the automation stops the rest from turning into lost leads.
